Size was not a issue again, although I think I could have afforded to go a size down for this blouse since it felt a bit loose fitting on my frame. The collar bow is detachable for this blouse and the lace wasn't itchy for me. I bought this since I was interested in the idea of a convertible blouse using a drawstring, but I'm still on the fence. The drawstring uses a glass bead on the end of it and I could see it breaking easier in hime mode. As for the look... it's nice? But I think I would just wear this as a puffed sleeve way more than as a hime blouse. Maybe it would be a nice alternative if you want to wear a casual hime cord in the ssummer? Also, the pearl that's on the end of the drawstring isn't big enough to prevent the drawstring from slipping out of the channel so be prepared to put it back in if it gets out.
