I live in Upstate, NY. It's only really hot here for a month at most. I'm not used to heat, and I also personally just sweat very easily, so the combination of the both is very unpleasant in lolita. I hate the feeling of being sweaty in nice clothes. I can still sweat even in AC, which I don't have at home because for 9/12 months we don't need it.

If you're used to heat and humidity, then good for you.

Fun fact: if you're a woman on birth control, hormonal BC has been linked to a slight increase in body temperature.
