I used to wear sweet lolita all the time. Little girls would often walk up to me and say "wow! its a princess!" It was the sweetest thing ever.. It commonly happened to me too. so, in return, I started collecting princess crowns to carry on me all the time when I was in lolita. I was prepared.

>"oh wow look! Its a real princess! mommy can I take a picture"
> I pull out princess crown from my purse, presenting it to the little girl who complimented me
>"that was so kind of you. every girl is a princess" I say, giving the girl the crown.

Its just the most wonderful thing you know?
one time I went to the zoo in lolita and there was a field trip.. all the girls swarmed over to me, and the teacher took a picture. (the boys that were on the field trip pouted in the corner.. too manly to stand next to me)

Its times like those that make the petty insults seem like nothing.. because you got to brighten someone else's day.
