Housing is already starting to crumble, basically the boat is still floating but there's so many holes in the floor, nowhere to safely dock, and surrounded by hurricanes. You're looking at housing and thinking just that: housing. But think biggest picture.

The more if this you can get I various distances from a large metropolitan area the better. The more wealthy and affluent in big cities are starting to realize they'd rather not be caught in the middle of a random riot. It was fun for their social media photo ops, but they want out now. Say you own 100+ acres. With all these people trying to eventually flee the city, they'll pay a Kings ransom for just a half acre lot, maybe a whole acre, for what you paid for the entire 100. It can go beyond that of course, but that's just an idea of what kind of value land has. A house can be thrown up and destroyed within a 10 year span. Land is a finite thing you can't just manufacture.
