Well lol yeah that's the thing. He's been just sliiiiightly, but irritatingly jewey on other occasions too. For example when we were touring the place, he made a big deal about how "fast the internet is!", talking on & on about how we won't have to worry about it, and the place has utilities included so I took it to mean that the internet was too. Well apparently I missed a bit of fine print in the lease (which I did read carefully, at least I thought) listing the specific utilities included as water/gas/electric... and nothing anywhere about internet.

Definitely my goof there, so it wasn't a big deal. But my gf and friend also confirmed they thought the same, based on his presentation.

Also when we moved in, immediately the water pressure was laughably bad - if you were pouring a glass of water downstairs, the shower upstairs would piss out a weak beta dribble for the next 10 minutes. They fixed it within a week or so but I mean seeing how pathetic it was right from the getgo made it hard to believe landlordberg gave much of a shit.

Other than that there've just been little things. He made sure to tell me to mow the grass regularly, and when I went a couple days over my usual ~week or so once, his wife sent me a nice passive-aggressive text to the tune of something like "hmm, that grass sure is looking a little long! Mind cutting it?" But then he dropped a long line of mulch bags on the front lawn last fall, telling me he'd be over to put it down the following week or whatever, and they ended up sitting there untouched for at least a month-month&a half before he finally.........laid down half of it. It's still halfway done right now.

Bunch of lightbulbs (4-5+) have gone out <5 months after moving in as well. Shitty wiring job with most of the electric. Etc etc and so on

CC asked me to update my income & mortgage info when I logged in. The new place I just started renting devours 50% of my income (higher than when I last updated that info)

Why shouldn't I fib the number? The CC company has literally no way of finding out. I know you're not supposed to lie about your income, especially on the initial *application* for the card itself, and they'll know, because your income is right on your fucking credit report.

But I literally venmo my landlord the rent. And if I'm honest and put my real rent payment, it can only hurt my chances of getting a higher credit limit. Doesn't seem to be any downside to fudging the rent figure however.

sorry just gotta get this off my chest as i cant talk to anyone about it.

february 2018 right at the start of the bear market i put most of my money into ICOs. you can imagine everything went to shit, many of those ICOs still hold my funds randsom as they refuse to list.

one of those ICOs however did a great job, they listed in february at 1x USD which is impressive.

i knew this coin would climb further as everything goes really well for them, however i had to capitulate my stack at the bottom because i really needed the money, there was no way around it.

today, only 10 weeks after i sold, those coins are now worth around $130.000 USD.

daily thinking about offing myself, as im broke and will probably not even make it to $100.000 next bullrun. considering that these $130.000 will be worth at least half a million until next high destroys me.

depends on how much work is involved as well as how much I think I can get out of them. if it's ba basic site all you really need is html/css and some JavaScript/jquery. it takes about a week to learn. if the site requires some shopping cart or other functionality then I charge more because there's more work involved. also charge monthly for "upkeep" which is basically just me checking up every now and then to make sure everything's in order

I use Bootstrap for the frontend and PHP for the backend btw
