1 bedroom NEET pod in a prime location. Yes I got a mortgage, but buying a place has so many additional transactional costs on top of the down payment. I would also buy half positions in Rio2 and Liberty Gold with the intention to buy half positions in
Osino and Minera Alamos on more weakness.

A lot of us have made a shit ton of money since March and a few of us have the means to retire/FIRE now. Unfortunately most FIRE communities will tell you to sock your net worth into VTSAX and be done with it. In normal times this might seem like a bulletproof plan, in clown world 2020 putting all your money into the stock circus feels like russian roulette.

As a shitcoin gambler, I know nothing about wealth preservation. I'm interested in reading about portfolio strategies, rebalancing schemes, IRA magic tricks, etc. Things a rich person would do to hedge their bets against everything and sustain their wealth against all odds and outcomes. Crypto as a hedge is welcome for discussion, 'all in on YAM' is not.

Dragon Portfolio and Permanent Portfolio were two schemes I've been looking at, but they seem maybe needlessly complex. Not sure.
