The truth is you all don't know what will happen. While crypto trading adheres to a lot of the same principals as trading commodities and stocks, theres no way to know when the theories of regulated markets apply in crypto and how often it does.
Crypto is ripe with big players that manipulate the prices and this is something you cannot ignore. It goes beyond FUD and it goes beyond ICO exit scams. We're talking about the same methods of public convincing used by Russia to help make the US political discussion more divisive (not that I'm implying that crypto is being manipulated by the agencies).
One thing we can know for sure is crypto is young and is not functional in the way it was envisioned. None of you use BTC or any other crypto as a legit currency because its too volatile, too new, and too unreliable. Being decentralized isn't appealing enough. People LIKE centralization. FDIC with my bank got my $3000 that was stolen from a card skimmer yet my buddy is sitting with his dick in his hand hoping that he can remember his recovery word passphrase for his wallet after his phone which held the said data was lost in the ocean one day at the beach. You can blame it on him for being stupid, which he is, but no one wants everything they've ever saved lost to simple human error, that is the security that is afforded with centralization and that is why it isn't going away anytime soon, though I hope someday there is a way for decentralization to catch up.
All of this to say...crypto is crashing because the majority of people got into it as a get rich quick scheme, a sort of medium term investment to 10-100x in a year or two. And now a lot of people are losing money. With the market on a downward trend no one wants to play this game anymore. Interest in normies has fizzled out so the only saving grace of crypto (getting gains) is GONE. So you can't use it as real money, you can't use it as a storage of wealth, and now you can't use it to make gains. Think.

Smart answer BTC is fucked, perhaps some of the centralized coins will x10 or x100 (I doubt x100) but crypto will have some uses especially as the kinks get sorted out. XRP, Chainlink (only ones I could think of now) stuff like that MIGHT be used in the future but it isn't going to x1000 like BTC did. Highly doubt any crypto will be worth more than $10 in the future.
