They'd be stupid classifying Ethereum as a security as it's got the 2nd most marketcap and money in crypto.
Sounds like they want to axe all the up and coming ICO's and get rid of pump and dumps. That doesn't mean already established coins won't get pump and dumps. It won't be that easy to just create a token off the Ethereum network and make a .org or a .io page with cool pictures, logo etc.

We need that. It's too easy to hop from ICO to ICO when they get listed on an exchange. The tokens absolutely don't matter. The tech, the logo, the roadmap. No. Does it have incoming volume, an exchange listing so I can fucking shill it so it gets pumped and then I will dump on you all. Muhuhauhauhauh. They want that gone.
