I'm very new, i want to buy some 0xbtc but i need ethereum first right? so i need to buy ethereum from some site, deposit it into idex, for example, and then exchange it to 0xbtc from there. Is there a better way?

Also i can only use PayPal, i cant use bank account or any other way. Where can i buy ehtereum with PayPal? When i want to sell 0xbtc, do i have to exchange it back to Eth, then sell Eth for actual money? Can i do it with only PayPal?
