fast, safe & zero fees, who does that?!
yeah, the money is what we follow, but then all of this enthusiasm about the improved web 3.0 means we aim for a lot more, isn't it?

odd how skycoin has everything fixed for us. it's like you just wanna date it, but you find yourself in a crypto skyaffair.
fast&zero transaction fees, reward system through parallel currency, environmental friendly, INFINITLY scalable peer-chain platform (am I dreaming?)
care to share your crypto-affair? do you know a better ecosystem?

currently it's just over-compensating because of the lack of marketing since 2012. Pretty soon the meshnet will speak for itself.

start with the protocol MPLS/ users are getting the chance to become their own ISP.
having that, the backbone of the internet is provided by skyminers, which are providing net for the users. comparing their alghoritm with what we have for btc or eth/PoW&PoS, it's showing some real improvements
which are paid with that parallel currency I was talkin about in my first post.

and that parallel currency clears the way for skycoin

this is all horseshit jargon, explain to me how the meshnet is going to work. what antennas are you going to use to get 15 km wifi range on public frequencies?

Here's a pic of a few tested prototypes.
They're even testing antennas with 50km range.

You're missing the big picture though. Even when the antennas and meshnet turn out to be a meme, skywire as a decentralized VPN service is already working (many times faster than TOR). The nodes will be rewarded in coinhours and there you go: a legit alternative to incentivize nodes to be online (currently over 4000 around the world)

Bro.. Do you know how you get data to your phone..? Antennas, this is nothing new, they are just going to use wifi signals instead and smaller antennas since people will set them up at their homes.

Here you have an example
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LG-AZz_nm5E

Remember that they are making their own antennas though which hopefully will be better than anything on the market today.
This is their prototype in the picture.

There's not a single fucking wifi antenna that is going to give you 50km range. Shit like this makes it really obvious that this whole thing is a scam.

Do you know the difference between cellular and wifi you stupid fuck? Do you know what would happen if you set up a huge high power cellular tower to broadcast wifi? It would absolutely fuck everything up. Jesus christ.

I should have been more clear, the 50km test was with omni-directional antennas (point to point), it doesn't cover a 50km radius circle.
There's plenty of different long distance wifi projects. And synth doesn't use existing antennas, he's making his own.

Sigh, you're really dumb arent you? No one is going to set up a fucking tower, regular people will use antennas you dimwit.

Also the video I linked had antennas that give 25km, and the video is 2 years old so the antennas might be even older.

There has also been talks about using 5G antennas for the routers so just stop being retarded.

>> No.9755708

>>9755503
At first the compassion with ‘data to your phone’ is retarded. This is on a regulated bandwidth subjected to government laws (e.g. max power, antenna distance to residential areas).

The ‘wifi standard’ is in the amateur bandwidth. This bandwidth has no rules for the placement of an antenna, but it is thereby subjected to strict power regulations. See:
https://www.air802.com/fcc-rules-and-regulations.html

Secondly the antenna in the picture and example is a directional antenna. This is far form ideal for a mashed network in a residential area. Unless you build a radio mast on top of your house.

this.. i'm actually a little shocked faggots are buying into this antenna thing, what fucking picture do they have in their minds?

>> No.9755760

>>9755708
When it comes to new tech, there's bound to be some legal conflicts. As long as the solution is reasonable and doesn't disturb other frequencies AND the government is reasonable, laws will adapt to the new situation.
I'm not saying fuck the police, I'm saying that the law shouldn't be observed as a brick wall.

>> No.9755798

>>9755708
OH GOD, ITS A PROTOTYPE. YOU KNOW TESTING??? EVER HEARD OF THAT? Using DIRECTIONAL antennas will be for connecting different cities you fucking mongol, omnidirectional antennas will be used in cities you nigger, can you learn to think?

The point I made with data to your phone is not retarded, it means that there is already ways to distibute data wirelessly, this means it can be improved upon whether thats with cellular or wifi doesnt matter, both can browse the internet, if I for example use a 5G antenna to get a connection to other antennas I can still use a router to distribute wifi signals. NIGGER THINK SOMETIME, USE THE BRAIN, STOP BEING RETARDED

I do expect the worst eventually though. The government can't survive when people don't use their money. I hope by the time they decide to hunt down the antennas, their enforcement power will have been weakened and it's possible to pay for your protection.
