XSN just bought Frank Amato, former JP Morgan Executive Director onto the team. Looking at his LinkedIn he was also VP for JP Morgan before he went to Bear Sterns to be Managing Director then back to JP Morgan to be Executive Director. That's pretty impressive, I guess XSN aren't playing around when they say they want to be a crypto bank.

does anyone mind posting a rundown on this coin? I've seen it posted a few times but it's impossible to keep track of everything being shilled. I like the surface level information I found. Decent token supply, small mcap, and not on major exchanges yet. What does this project have going on in the short term? Do they have a working product yet? What are the token economics like?

From there ANN thread:

Frank Amato, Co-Founder of blockchain capital investment firm Block5, has joined the Stakenet team as an advisor in the lead up to the launch of Stakenet.io.

A former Executive Director for JPMorgan and Managing Director at Bear Sterns, Frank has an impressive career spanning over 18 years and placing him on 3 continents. He first became involved with Bitcoin in 2013, eventually buying into the US Marshals auction of Silk Road coins in early 2014. Since then, he has been successfully investing in start-ups both directly and via BlockChain Capitals Angellist syndicate.

Stakenet aims to create the world’s first truly trustless decentralized economy and intends to create a suite of effective investment tools for retail and conventional investors. With the launch of Stakenet.io imminent, Frank is joining the team at an exciting time. He will be assisting Stakenet with bringing early adopter retail investors into the project as well as advising on the building of the DEX to create an optimal trading experience.

Frank says "I am excited and honoured to join the Stakenet team as an advisor, I believe there are great things to come in the near future. They have an amazing team, incredible tech and a dedicated community". PR Director of Stakenet, Wesley Forgione, added "We are delighted to welcome Frank to the team, I strongly believe his experience in the traditional banking sector will aid in the build-out of the trustless multi-currency wallet."
Stakenet.io, the front-end consumer interface, is set for release June 2018. The Stakenet blockchain is powered by its own native coin XSN and besides already implemented TPoS Feature, will develop the following key elements: Decentralized Exchange (DEX), Cross Chain Proof of Stake (CCPoS), Multi-Currency Wallet, Cold Exchanging from Hardware Wallets and XSN Hardware Wallet.

No shit peabrain, it's a big deal, even if you hate posw because you're a cuck

>> No.9748354

No shill here. They have some great tech and features for anyone willing to do their own research.

>trustless staking
It means you can hire the services of a staker and let him stake your coins in a trustless way for a small fee. That means you dont have to leave your pc on.

>cheap masternodes
You can get a cheap masternode for 15k xsn. You will get XSN from block generation, DEX, fees and other services

>Easy masternodes
Stakenet.io will setup the masternode for you for a fee

>Pooled masternodes
If you are so fucking poor you dont have 15k xsn you can pool it with other guys comepletely trustesless

>DEX, atomic swaps
Coming next quarter

>New hardware solution
XSN is creating a new crypto hardware wallet with more features that lets you stake and do other shit. Its a next generation crypto hardware completely different from whats actually in the market

Im sure Im forgetting a few more interesting things, but investigate yourself. I can vouch the trustless staking works perfectly for me.

Gives the user staking the possibility of choosing his own staking rewards. Example could be to Stake XSN, and recieve BTC as a reward.

>> No.9749022

It will provided all the features of a bank, BUT you keep the private keys at all times. Meaning you never lose control of your funds. Unlike a centralized exchange or bank where you have to deposit your funds.

Read up on TPOS.
It's the most decentralised way to cold storage stake in the whole crypto industry, and this tech could be used by major banks.
