Crypto is seen as capital and thus taxed like that (below 30k no tax)
The government "assumes" you grow your capital 2% every year
Over that 2% assumed increase you have to pay 30% tax
So let's say I have 100,000€ worth of crypto on 1 januari 2017
I than pay 0.02×0.3×100.000= €600
