>P&Ds start concentrating computing power in their own hands
>P&Ds cause sudden price spikes by suddenly turning off their machines
>for the rest of the time P&Ds keep the price low and deter everyone else from sullying their own computing power
>P&Ds concentrate even more computing power in their own hands

Does this mean that we will see something like $1,000,000.00 per HOT in 5 min and $0.0001 per HOT another 5 min later?
