There are 350,000,000 LINK tokens in circulation, yet less than 300,000 for sale on the LINK/BTC and LINK/ETH pairs on Binance. In other words, only 0.08% of available LINK is actually available for purchase.

Is this normal for crypto? Is it just me, or does it seem like the smallest piece of significant news from the team will send us to Jupiter?
