Unfortunately Binance has no built in feature to Tether up. So you've gotta withdraw to a automatic tether tool smart contract. One of them is:

0x2b3ee1a1480ABcd32d11b44951144c09CC732621

That one can only take ETH and ETH tokens. But yeah it's a smart contract so if you withdraw to that address it automatically sends you back the amount in Tether.
