If I wanted to purchase a large amount of a single crypto...say a 6-7 figure dollar amount...or at least $50k worth....What would be the fastest way of doing that? Wont it take forever for exchange orders to be filled if I put an order for such an amount?

Market buy on high caps probably wouldn't move the needle too much.
Market buy on low cap and you will blast off into andromeda. Gravity is a bitch though

you could comfortably buy mid 6s figures worth in less than a day without disrupting market prices. Monero is extraordinarily quiet right now though
