Obviously it's all about money, every whale knows crypto is a literal goldmine untouched right now, they're stocking up on crypto, keeping the price down and when they're ready, they can easily throw down a few million each and start a MASSIVE bullrun/fomo and make their crypto stack tenfold in value. well, the real reason is that goldman and other cucks are making OTC trades for xxx millions per trade. which means they could let in respectable guys, then wait for regulations to set up, and when shit will be done they could drive the price up to show their massive conservative 43% monthly gains from working with new investing products in order to start shilling everyone
it's classy and obvious, institutions buy first, then sell for +1000% to average joe
if they didn't had OTC trades and all orders should be made exactly through exchanges, then picture would be much different what we see now
