there is an economic incentive for them to move to the chainlink network once it rolls out

Go ask any wage duck how much they use salesforce in their everyday job and they will say everyday all day. Chainlink will connect to all these companies using salesforce

Once this is all linked back to LINK its going to have a similar effect to when the EEA was announced

Wow Blockchain Research Institue members could probably all be tied to link with enough digging

Mobius

> Mobius’ Patent Pending Proof of Stake Oracle Protocol reduces the Blockchain Oracle Problem into an oracle-arbiter consensus & coordination protocol. Our Proof of Stake Oracle Protocol is designed using a tiered federated byzantine agreement system that minimize trust and allows for the coordination of chains of events (data transfers) between multiple parties unlike current solutions which are akin to internet certification authorities and only coordinate single events between two fixed end users drastically limiting the use cases of such implementations. Mobius’ protocol allows participants to select trusted oracles from indexed listings in our market of competing oracles and then automatically builds tiered slices attaining quorum that are capable of attaining consensus while minimizing trust. Oracles compete on quality and are segmented into tiered levels in order to overcome the market for lemons problem and provide a transcendental quality differential. Consensus solutions at equilibrium exist inside the Shapley-Shubik core and limit collusion amongst oracles. The protocol is designed to protect against Sybil attacks and functions even under a coordinated 51% attack. The most important feature of the protocol is this asymptotic fault tolerance & security which guarantees ease of scaling due to Metcalfe’s law. In fact our decentralized network of oracles become safer to use, with ever lower levels of trust as we scale up.

yeah dude. this shit will be as big of a drop as EEA, if not bigger. just wait til test net drops and u can see for yourself which clients have contracts that are being tested on the network. u just have to wait another 4-6 weeks.

Do you think that the test net drop will induce fomo for people who realize how many huge names are using link? or will the singularity occur in one single moment at main net release?

why do you think eth went from 7 to 45 in a matter of a few weeks last year? once EEA dropped normies literally fomoed hard. I was one of them. I got into crypto a little late but I worked in finance and knew the potential they could have if they had fucking UBS and JP Morgan on board. Knowing what I know now with LINK and their potential partners after doing a SIBOC poc....its a no brainer to be holding a little LINK at least.

>> No.9130331

also one thing noobs dont realize is there is ALWAYS another train leaving. even if you miss EOS or WAN because you're holding LINK, you wanna be onboard before it takes off to maximize your profit potential.

Potentially. There's been a few theories presented. The most likely according to the evidence shown over the last few months is that the companies working with CL will likely announce on their own that they are using them as an oracle service. this goes in hand with what the team has said in that they are anti-hype and will allow their partners to announce any collaborations. There is also the theory people will fomo after Ropsten when they will see the test contracts and see which companies are running on the network. I think the "EEA style" is the least likely to happen because of the anti hype style of CL. But what really happens is anyone's guess tbqh
