You kinds of deserve to suffer anon. You should have sold enough to buy one flat and left the other half in crypto to ride because it will go back up eventually. But if you are ever in a situation where you’ve made life changing money on an investment, the safe bet is to hedge evenly that it will keep going up or come crashing down. So lock in 50% of your winnings as profit and let the rest ride. That way you won’t feel too shitty if it crashes because you won’t lose it all, and you won’t feel too shitty if it keeps going up because you left some in.

Op, there are many like us. I rode 250k down to 20k before I even really understood it had happened. And ive been slow to understand how easily I could have recovered it this spring already, making losses by trading instead of holding strong alts.
