It starts off with being a decentralized VPN network, which is anonymous by default. Basically TOR with high bandwidth.
Later they will add 5G antennas to the nodes, which will create a wireless mesh network all over the world.

Anybody that says blockchain is choking on koolaide. It's a fucking hardware issue. As long as we need to connect through telecoms, it'll be centralized.

The only way to decentralize the web, would be a breakthrough in industrial grade antennas that consumers can afford I suppose.
