We have seen so much red that a sight of green like this is nearly blinding.
Don't worry, we'll get used to this soon enough.

Yeah seems like we're going back to the moon. Let's load the truck bitcoin going to 100 million.

My theory is that the whales have shaken out so much of the market that they decided to reverse it. There's no real outsider money there anymore.
That or it's an actual institutional money coming in, but I doubt it. Those deals don't happen in exchanges.
So the whales manipulate the price up and we won't be seeing too much volume between these spikes upwards, so it looks super scary to hop on.
Eventually the price gets so high that people start buying in and another bullrun starts as the greed sets in.
Also if the price goes any lower from 6k, then miners are going to start feeling the heat and I'm sure at least some of these big holders are also invested in the mining business.
Would be a bad move for these guys to drive the price any lower, that might be a factor too for the bottom being here.

>>8921609
Elliot wave theory? I don't buy that, for me it just means that whales have all the bitcoin now and just hot potatoing it over to each other until they can get some bagholders to fork over their cash. Fundamentals are still shit and haven't changed.

When you really look at it, the whole cryptospace looks like a mechanism to suck up cash from gullible investors.

Never underestimate greed anon. It always overrides people's better judgement and normies will fomo into this again.
Also this time around I see many more projects that are aiming to use the blockchain for more than pumping out random shitcoins for a quick buck and some of these are getting pretty big companies as partners.
So it might even look a bit more legit this time around and media might have a more positive approach towards the technology itself.
As anon above there said, the institutional money is already in or at least getting there outside exchanges and laying down some groundwork.
Next run up might actually end up being massive.
