Given that the 0x protocol is integrated into several dApps and the governance aspect of the token, I think the token might increase a lot in value.

Governance of the protocol will be important for all dApps and relayers/DEXes that uses it, because any changes to the protocol will affect them.

At that point the value then depends on the number of the dapps. As well, if the owners hold a large chunk of the tokens, then it doesn't make sense for people to hold in order for governance. Anyway, I don't think there will be that many dapps to give it the expected growth people have.

Bitfinex has made Ethfinex using the 0x protocol. What if Coinbase were to make their exchange using the 0x protocol?

They are many strong human relations between the 0x project and Coinbase, so I could see that as a likely scenario
