My therapist theorized because we lack some clear direction or excitement in our lives, it's easy to get sucked in to the excitement of a market where we're making vast amounts of money quickly, the feeling is similar to gambling. It doesn't feel good to lose a gamble, and we've been doing nothing but losing gambles for months now.
