The lines aren't meant to be understood as that exact you know. You didn't have to draw it from the wicks or something.

But anyways it's entirely possible that in a situation like that it wiggles around for a while, maybe even does a fakeout and then the real move. You'd probably want to wait for confirmation anyways, a pixel beyond the line on your screen doesn't constitute for that.
