Securities firms / banks / etc. are using private blockchains built by theloop (theloop and icon are basically the same thing, with Icon being theloops public blockchain).

The purpose of icon is to link all of these private blockchains together so they can exchange data privately/securely.

Clearly this stage is still a work in progress, but they have real support from companies currently already using private blockchains built by theloop.

ICX will also be a platform for dapps and ICO's in a way Ethereum can't. This is literally the Korean version of Ethereum.

Ya still have time to get out with dignity. When bithumb enables withdraws it will be arbitraged between upbit and binance. This will result in a 10 cent drop at this point hilariously. But it could be worse than I assume because of crypto teenager panic sells and koreans dumping more when withdraws are enabled. I am sticking with my buy-in of 1.30. This is a fucking scary coin to own now that korean fomo is over and it stands where it does. I actually got in the first day it was listed on Binance. I just wish I sold before the summit. By the rumor sell the news is always 100% correct. Got emotionally attached to this project.

I actually see how it could succeed. They are essentially a mix between Ripple/Ethereum but based in Korea. So, maybe we are very early. I want to still give it another couple months before I finally let go. (to see how staking info, mobile wallet, and DEX go). However, I wouldn't be surprised if mobile wallet and DEX are delayed lmao. Fuck man.
