These are all the 6 figure transactions over the last few days which sent to Binance.

There were only a couple of 6 figure transactions that weren't sending to Binance.

Yeh just some peeps sending their LINK to binance. Sometimes peeps do this to scare others (or bots) to front-run and dump first... But as op says, this is likely capitulation. i.e. peeps not being able to handle the 'maximum adversity' situation of the current bear market, or perhaps they are nearing their buy point and not wanting to go underwater..
