Its talking about ICOs. I can read ching chong and the article clarifies that its ICOs which are scams and these audits are being done kn rather than bitcoin, eth or most top50 coins.

Exchanges are a platform where whales and insiders can manipulate ICO prices fast. Low liquidity and volume no shit. Icos are 99 percent scams and used to increase holdings of btc or eth for insiders or savy early investors in them
