Depends on my consumption habits.
Usually once every 2 days.
I rinse my mouth out thoroughly with water after I consume any food.
I drink a large black coffee twice a day and chew sugar free gun with xorbitol right after (I mispelled that).
I rince my mouth with baking soda water once a week thoroughly.
