95%. There hasn't been an ICO since ICX that's done well, and we're never gonna see something like OMG ever again. Too many companies want 500M starting marketcap with 40% presale bonus to ever make the average joe investor rich again.

The ponzi referral scheme doesn't help matters, lot of people steering away.
