Just kidding, started a dot com with a friend of mine, hit some success (~200k so far).

We have a third-party gateway that collects all the income for around the globe, and this gateway cannot split payouts for us, it just sends it to one of us, so we have to funnel the share to another partner.

But, as we happen to live in different countries, because of ruski/ukro politics we cannot send money either way! Do you have perfect contracts? Fuck you! You're a terrorist!

So we switched the gateway like lever in the trolley problem to avoid this shit once, with a made-up reason, but there's concerns the gateway won't let us do that again once the shares becomes too disproportional again.

So we need some kind of entity in neutral place that would be a legal way to split the income in the right way. Any tips on that? A country to start with, so we can come there, open bank accounts, have some entity, done? I am ready to pay to additional taxes for that.
