Can i tax evade like this?

Well you could sell XMR for cash if you had a buyer that would give you cash... honestly the best thing I've come up with is buying gold and silver coins (not bullion as it has serial number) with btc and get it sent to your relatives home. (Or your home I don't give a f) Now; talk to one of your relatives that's about to die and get them to 'give you' those coins in their will/inheritance.
