AMRS is dying edition

Popular brokers for stock trading:
Robinhood
>commission free and no minimum to open
http://www.robinhood.com

> How is it free?
Robinhood earns revenue by collecting interest on cash/securities and fees from their Robinhood Gold service

> It's been X days, why isn't my account verified yet?
Not being approved in 3 days seems to be the new norm. Nevertheless, call/email their support if you've been waiting more than that.

> When is it coming to my country?
The only "plans" are on an Australian and Chinese beta. Neither of which has gained much traction.

Interactive Brokers

for those wondering about the paining

August Schenck spent most of his career in France, specialising in painting landscapes and animal subjects. For over thirty years he was a regular exhibitor at the Paris Salons, where Anguish was first shown in 1878. In Anguish, Schenck has given the ewe clearly recognisable human characteristics, such as determination and sorrow, so that the viewer immediately identifies with its predicament and emotions. The sinister murder of crows also appear organised and patiently await a moment of weakness. Schenck is here metaphorically examining a broader human condition in the context of an animal painting.

How can you just go around like that and lead people to believe the correct thing to do is to just give up their rights? Are you trying to influence historians of the future to write about how a group of people was able to take ultimate freedom via decree and gave them selves a chance of self governing for the people and by the people. Born only through a rejection of despotism, but only to embrace what their ancestors fought to free them selves of in the first place. Tell me would you rather live at the start of Rome or the apex of the civilization? Are we at the apex of our current civilization or are we witnessing the collapse of our own from within? The bond market is magnitudes larger than the stock market. Market analysts are saying bond yields are about to reverse a 40 year trend of going down. If interest gained on bonds go up then the money that went into the stock market will flow into the bond market and cause a stock market downtrend. This is just the beginning. Fed rate hike in March will cause another huge drop and begin a bear market.

I just have an idea that may be retarded but I will say it anyway

Bonds are in an obvious bear market because the FED is raising the rates and the US government is on a deficit binge

But although if the rates are rising, the government spending will actually inject money into the economy, maintaining company's (and people's) incomes.

Since rates are rising, that should curb the desire to borrow and existing debts will be slowly paid off.

Maybe Trump is trying to slowly and quietly deleverage the economy ?

What the fuck lads, I put my life's savings into Big5 leveraged at 100 times after an anon called told me about how they were going to moon right after calling me smart, attractive and someone who can't be manipulated.
I'm going to have to eat my children just to have food to eat now.

People sometimes try too hard to give logics to something

In the case of crypto, they try to value it by its usefulness

But if it is useful and pratical, wouldn't it be that it is the technology behind it that is valuable ? If so, all one has to do is to copy it and implement it within the existing system. Plus, many of the coins have teams and identified people who have interest in them, which leads to scams.

Bitcoin on the other hand has an interesting story. Nobody knows for sure the identity of the creator. It is mysterious. It is living its own life by itself and it is surely all what normies hear when crypto is mentioned. And Bitcoin has made its way into the official financial institutions.

At this point, I think Bitcoin is either a whole new asset class, or the latest dud in the history of finance. One crazy idea I read is that maybe the USA could use it to back its own currency as the chinks and ruskies are accumulating gold.

This is the silence before one such event. The first chalchogenide products will just be cheaper and persistent memory at higher density and the displacement of high speed ssds.

That will be seen as revolutionary in itself and people will start talking in seriousness about the end of the dominance of silicon. It will take some years and special purpose hardware for the true implications of what can be done to sink in for non compsci engineers. That we're leaving 2D circuit processors behind on the chalchogenide train.

If you read journals aimed at professionals in the industry you will see that it's the consensus opinion. Samsung is working on its own versions but it seems micron and Intel are far ahead of anyone else.
