Is B2B sales any good? It seems to be pretty easy to get a job doing it (I've had more interviews and more responses for sales positions than anything else I've applied for) and the money is very good. But I don't know much about whether or not it's a solid career path, like is it a job with high job satisfaction or is it absolute shit?

I got an interview tomorrow for a pretty big company and it would be Sales and Account Management. Alternatively I have an interview for a Marketing and PR job that would involve essentially writing copy, writing articles and working alongside clients. If I had to choose rigt now I'd be leaning towards the latter but it's mostly because I lack knowledge of what it's like to be involved in B2B sales.

So what's it like /biz/?
