I have a second round interview tomorrow for a first year associate position at management consulting firm.

Biz at heart I'm an autist, I can't get past small talk with anyone and I think this is going to fuck me up tomorrow as it's more personality based. What do?

big fucking smile on your face, shoulders not dipping, confident handshake and no stammering. Rest you already know

Loosen up with a shot of liquor. Just enough to help the words flow a little easier. Chew some gum before going in so you don't smell like a degenerate for safe measure.

Eat 1,5 g phenibut with no tolerance. That will kill anxiety, boost confidence and make you more talkative.

Talk slow, gives you time to think and not fuck up... and it fills more interview time

>> No.7867629

ask questions that are relevant to the company and your position. catch them off guard with your knowledge. check their social media, kikebook and what not. research linkedin profiles. stay ahead of the game and use your autism the way it was meant to be used

Fake it til you make it homie, i have the same problem. I fixed it by stopping myself from thinking too much, just act

if your the silent type that wants ppl to stfu and let you do your job then be that person. your job in this interview is to answer questions. answer honestly. yes and no answered with confidence both men and women like that. keep eye contact and let them break the silence if necessary ... no fake bullshit that's creepy. if necessary don't be afraid afraid to talk about your aspie ass pastime like watching twitch streams any tech awareness is an asset if not they fold in 5 years and you saved yourself from getting canned.
