I shit you not. I've been tracking support at the 4k mark on bitstamp and it went from over 10800 to 10590ish. It's since crept back up into the 10700s but in that period of time the trade volume was only about 20BTC
So it wasn't just somebody getting impatient and expediting their purchase.
