What are some /biz/ approved hair cuts? Also theres some saying that "if a man is unkempt then hes probably a shitty employee" Is that true or is it some /f/ag shit?

/fa/ here. In general just keep it short and cut often. Hair is actually very important. People will judge you even if it is subconscious.

You can get different cuts that complement you face shape, as in playing with the bangs length or the volume of the sides. Depends on the industry you work in too, some are more conservative than others. Long hair could work but you probably should avoid it.

For facial hair either be completely shaven, have some stubble. or have a well trimmed full beard. Nothing else.

Shave and dont give your hair too much time, just clean and modern. People should not notice your hair, either positive or negative. Otherelse they will talk about your hair and reduce you on your hair.

If your hair is starting to thin you need to shave it all off. Nothing looks more retarded than a bald spot.

Eh I do pretty well for myself. I hate being clean shaven, and I have shitty growth in my cheeks from years of pulling hairs out.

Doesn't leave me with too many options. I keep it short though.

I did pretty well in the genetic lottery, but this one is gonna come for me soon.

Literally everyone in Europe looks like this right now. It's getting fucking ridiculous. I think this is the type of trend people will laugh about in a couple years when they have discovered a new bandwagon haircut.

Starting to recede at 30 is pretty common I think. You shouldn't feel to bad about it.

If you have a widow's peak widow's peak, then look up Leonardo DiCaprio and Chris Hemsworth. Off-centre side quiffs look pretty good with that.

If you just have a hair peninsula (i.e. didn't have a widows peak as a child) then the safest option is something short and not slicked back, e.g. ivy league cut.

Disagree. It's possible to have hair that is impressive without having hair that is unusual or easy to talk about. It's the subconscious effect the /fa/ guy was talking about.

You want something that averages out your face - if you have a heavy jaw and narrow forhead, you want a little more on the sides.

If you have a wide forehead, you might want a side part closer to the middle than usual (makes the "sides" seem narrower. e.g. Ryan Gosling or that guy with the eyepatch on Mad Men.)

Etc.

Dress for success bro, become the person you want to attract. I wouldn't hire someone who was a slob. If they don't tak care of themselves then why would they take care of what I need done?

Those are things a hairdresser does autmatically. No need to disagree it is not contrary to my statement. In business nobody has fancy hair, at least in germany.
