You cut your losses, cash out to FIAT in an exchange, wait, then rebuy later. Sure you are selling your bags at a loss to some kike, but he is losing money if the market continues to drop. You rebuy at the bottom and potentially have double the amount of crypto so when you get to where the market is again where you sold your bags you actually have profit. This isn't hard to understand.

That guy didn't give you advice for your current situation. He basically said you shouldn't have bought at ATH which I doubt you did. However you sold at Ethereum at what is close to this years All Time Low, disregarding the dip after new year. Your best bet now is to leave your coins/tokens. If you have FIAT just hold that in case there is a bigger dip which you can then use to buy in with. Don't sell anything
