I just know people who seem wired differently after being prescribed for a while, but honestly after reading a bit I probably would try it out. No harm in doing it sparingly.

GHB dosing isn't too bad. You just need an oral syringe. You gotta start low, and redose a tiny bit after 40 minutes if you don't feel much until you can find your sweet spot. The dose-response curve is ridiculous though; the difference between feeling nothing, feeling great, and falling asleep is small. Definitely try it by yourself the first time, and don't overdo it.

Can be useful to take a small puff first, 5-10mg, not trying to shoot for a breakthrough. I find if I do that I tend to relax and lose my comeup anxiety and can take a breakthrough hit afterward without pussying out.

It also helps a ton if you have extremely clean spice with zero lye or other contams in it. Dirty spice can be really harsh on the lungs and you can develop a pavlovian avoidance to the experience just because breathing the vapor is so fucking unpleasant. Modalert - the pajeets that manufacture this have bad quality control on pill dosage because one pill may be a dud and the next might blow your fucking tits off. They don't mix batches properly, when you get a lucky pill that does the latter it really blasts your brain into hypermode.

Modvigil - I prefer this now, not as extreme as the good modalert pills but much more reliable and stable. Sometimes you might hit a modalert pill so strong it gives you jitters and anxiety because its too much.

I'd go with modvigil.

No, I'm using adderall only during hard exam periods to cram, never done it recreationally so my tolerance is nonexistent, too scared to use another stim with something that makes me sweat and my heart jump(apart from caffeine, I ingest 300-500 mg caffeine daily, if I don't get at least 200mg the headache is crippling).
