ETH is going to flip BTC eventually. It's not a matter of if, but when.

Insanely faster, with much lower tx rates. Has increasingly more trading pairs, most popular exchanges are moving towards having ETH trade pairs on all coins, which is something only BTC had up until now. No other alt-coin is even close to ETH in this regard. Actual fucking usage in the real world, eventually. Being actively developed and with scaling updates coming up this year.

ETH is going to dethrone BTC. It may not be this month or the next, maybe not even this year, who knows. But it is poised to happen. Everything is aligning towards it. You can choose to believe whatever you want, but it is the way things are moving right now that tells it, not me.

Nothing major, honestly. We'll see ETH slowly climbing in direction towards the flip, and my guess is, as it gets closer, the masses will pick up on it and want to ride it. It's possible that ETH sees a short moon period followed by a dip, and then both ETH/BTC will flip a few times between each other as things work on their way to stabilization. ETH should come out on top afterwards.

What we're seeing right now isn't the first time ETH tested the waters in flipping BTC. But unlike before, ETH didn't have nearly as much representation in the market as it does now. It had barely no trading pairs at all in the few exchanges that existed. There were very little relevant ETH tokens.
Today, ETH is not only extremely relevant when it comes to trading pairs, but it already processes way more transactions a day than BTC, if you factor in tokens. Together with tokens that run in it's blockchain, ETH already has vastly more marketcap than BTC, but obviously, those marketcaps don't add up with ETH's for the flippening.

It's hard to tell exactly what will happen, but BTC purists won't go down without a fight, that much is for sure. And there's still a lot to go for ETH to flip BTC, much can happen along that road that can either make that trip shorter or longer. If they get close enough that flipping is highly likely, it's going to be brutal, can't wait to see it happen in real time.

I think Eth will continue to go up from the notoriety, Btc and the market as a whole will take a hit from the uncertainty.

Eth still has no confidence bitcoin has as a store of value due to mining progress. I would buy both now more.

There will be no flippening other than ripple going into obscurity from the big 3. Eth btc is still very solid 2:1 ratio

No, accumulate before they become aware of it. ETH will eventually destroy BTCs gains, it's simply a vastly superior product with a publicly identifiable creator and no ties to organised crime, if BTC could reach 20k I can only imagine the places ETH will go.

The problem is that BTC crashing as a result of ETH FOMO will cause ETH to go sideways at best. You guys are expecting this to go like with how BCH happened. It would need to be an insane pump.
