I would say that 50k be the cutoff since anyless CND and its not worth it when you get the lawyers involved.
My early thoughts on the outlines of the contract would be to make a set time limit locking the cnd in place with the option to remove early at the cost of forfeiting the profit you made from the arb bot. The CND would have to be giv en to to the control of some sort of trust etc administered by a lawyer or some sort of 3rd party neutral entity so that your coins wouldnt get jacked by anyone else.
