For a select few exchanges being robbed of a brand new online currency.

Most of these startups don't have a clue on how to protect their bitcoin, if you leave your private keys lying around, yes, somebody can access your account. It's the exact same as bank fraud, yet nobody says the dollars in your bank are unsafe because you throw your pin around...

I'd also wager a large number of them we're at least partially an inside job

Nocoiner here. Why do Bitcoiners always talk about Bitcoin in future tense?

Example:

>Nocoiner: "Wow Bitcoin has been dropping in price consistently for more than a year. Bitcoin is one of the worst investments I have ever seen."

>Bitcoiner: "You just don't understand Bitcoin. One of these days Bitcoin will go up again, you'll see."

The problem is that you are just one dumbass who thinks he knows something that the market doesn't. You have absolutely zero insider information yet you guys all talk like you are keen to some secret that everyone else just doesn't realize. The market dictates a little over a $200 price per coin. The general overall trend for more than a year has been a downwards one. That is just the facts. You don't know more about Bitcoin than everyone else does. You are not smarter than the market. You have been getting played for a while now and you just don't realize it yet.

While you are very accurate, you can't argue with the downtrend bitcoin has been experiancing.

However we're in a channel right now that can't last forever, it should break in the next few days.

If it does it will be the first confirmation of a downtrend, if we break $315 in this we will reach higher highs and higher lows, again another confirmation.

Nothing is certain of course, but watch this space, it's getting really interesting.

Of course I could be wrong and we breakout downwards, but this is looking less and less likely.

Also the massive increase in volume we've had these past few weeks is a major indicator of a high volume trend reversal.
