Low circulation and low market cap, it had internal problems and that is why it almost disappeared but they are back on track for months now. A lot of work has been done and the coin is fairly unknown, once it gets publicity it will be a constant moonshot.

A lot of things actually, it is a huge project worth of becoming top10 cryptocurrencies if done correctly. Read their whitepaper there are many things they are working on. Or look at youtube videos, there is a few people that talk about IOP. Soon there will be full marketing out and many things coming where you can read or see what is special about it, my advice. Don't wait for it
