Its not as simple as buying them.

Bogcoins are on a network known as the bogchain. Its not a physical thing. Bogchain is what gives the bogs their power and clout. it connects everyone and everything. We ALL have a bogcoin as we are part of this network, but most of us lack the hash power to even access it. Satoshi was one of those few who could. with the knowledge he gained he created a fork to liberate us, and it was made electronic and accessible. decentralization was a big part of his philosophy for this reason.
