does anyone have a copy of whatever used to be located at https://link.smartcontract.com/terms ? This link is referenced from the whitepaper but is now defunct and it's not located at archive.org.

I'm particularly interested in finding where the token distribution is documented (e.g. the 350 mm set aside for direct institutional sale, etc.)
