Serious advice please

I'm an 18 year old NEET with $20k. I am planning to cash out some of this money about $3919.6 to make a single mining rig. This mining rig I estimate will cost about $4k each, it will have 6 MSI GTX 1080 which costs me about $500 each (I'm in UK). This will be mining Zencash with about an aprox hashrate of 2580 hashes, $0.22 will be the cost of me electricity per KWh so abou t $142.56 per month.
I want to live by myself, and this mining rig will make me about $7,769.35 a year, I want to move outside of London and in a much cheaper city with cheap rent, I estimate rent will cost me about $500 per month so would building 2 mining rigs allow me to be self sufficent? Also any other advice I will welcome too. I won't be owning any cares, tv only internet with my computer. Most of my gas electricity will be from my mining rig I would guess

I mean't GTX 1070 sorry about that. I live in one of the poorest area of London yet Rent is so expensive for my mum, I need to move out.
