At times, I find RC's business plan to be baffling. Almost 4 years in, and the company still has only a few country-specific webstores only selling to their own country each, some with different brand even (Micromania in France, EB Games in Canuckistan). Meanwhile every other webstore since Amazon has sold things globally (and even the "local" Amazon stores will sell globally).

Also, since physical copies of video games are a dimishing business, there has been no attempts to expand into board/miniature/role-playing space. Nor has there been any board game cafes or e-sports venues opened under the brand, even though both are a thing in the current era.

Still holding, and the play has never been about fundamentals anyway, but I'd like to have a business case as a backup plan in case the retail is fucked again when the squeeze should happen (as was the case with Meta Materials preferred stock).

The problem is the entire system is leveraged and no one just keeps cash laying around despite claiming to have trillions of dollars AUM. They have to SELL assets to get the cash in order to close. And there is nowhere near enough liquidity in the market for someone to buy all of the securities they need to sell. According to BBBY shills, a US court is going to order Buy Buy Baby to be unsold, the buyer gets their money back, then Buy Buy baby can be resold to Ryan Cohen. Then, RC will create or use TEDDY as some kind of company to hold Buy Buy Baby in. Gamestop will also be moved under this umbrella. But for that to happen, all shorts on GME need to be closed first.
