Im curious about the information behind the scenes, I dont think DFV would legally implicate himself if he was an insider, and based on the frequency and consistency of the tweets, barring a few exceptions, I think he had them ready to go for a while. If you know "odd lots" you know that purchases of weird small numbers like 13 or 53, you know there is heavy retail action on the trade. This is the case for GME, so this large amount of shares becoming available is like putting a big meaty steak in front of a group of hyenas that have been eating scraps for 3 years.
