Insider here. Chainlink labs just received notice today that they and Sergey are about to be sued by the SEC for unregistered securities offerings. Insiders are already exiting, hence the dump. Don't wait until Monday or you will lose your chance to sell.

As a standard practice, the SEC issues a Wells Notice after an investigation, but before initiating an enforcement action. See for example the recent Wells Notice send to Uniswap, among many others.
Wells Notice are public. I cannot find one for ChainLink at this time.

I know this is going to come as a shock, but I suspect that OP might be lying.
