Bitcoin is completely fucking useless as a currency and it's only purpose is to gamble on a centralized exchange.

What we learned from this trip:

- Cash is king. Even in a hyperinflationary environment, everybody either wanted Pesos or USD. It was the most liquid and accessible asset.

- Silver was the runner up. It was the 2nd most liquid asset and you could get about 90% of the spot price when selling.

- Ironically, Tether was the 3rd most liquid asset. Some tech vendors were willing to accept Tether, but they wouldn't accept any other cryptocurrencies.

- Gold was garbage. It was way less liquid than silver and the haircut when selling was about 40% - 50%.

- Bitcoin was completely useless. It had no liquidity whatsoever. No vendor was willing to accept it and even the Bitcoin ATMs didn't function properly.

Generally the small mint folks sell 1oz silver around the $59-$65 dollar range on facebook/in mailing lists/in their webstores, with them almost immediately selling it out (STL Mint, CMG Mint, All-Chips, Cool2Coin as examples) and then communities, that same week, reselling for $70-$75, and later down the line higher. This price point is all about collecting silver artwork and not about investing in bullion, which I think confuses the poors here whose only interest in metal is for future transactions instead of for having a bountiful treasure chest of interesting pieces that are fun to look at individually. If you don't sell out, just list them on ebay with seven day auctions, with two up at a time, like Jason Sayos / allgeekspc does with his 1oz erotic comic book cover silver bars (generally they close around $89 or higher every time, he never lets more than 2 of a design be up at a time).

The reality is that people over there had to trade jewelry and existing pieces they might have had

the whole brand name labelling idea is a dangerous venture. I dont even like brand names included on the stamoping when its coming from some place like Provident or JM Bullion. if its not intrinsic to the design whether it be a heraldic eagle or a bust of a famous endeared figure, then its out of place and can be off-putting for any number of reasons of personal taste, but it can easily come off and brand-whoring for sure.

British Gold sovereign, beautiful coins with 0.2354 TOz of gold in them, making them ideal for stacking fractional gold (along with Swiss Gold 20 Franc coins, which have 0.1866 TOz). They’re one of my favorite coins! You can also find vintage coin holders for them, which essentially functioned as wallets back when they were in circulation. That Jesus is God

These are required to understand salvation and who saved you
There is more reward to gain ofc, the riches stored in heaven as mentioned earlier for example, and your choices here can impact your future wealth in that regard even if it can not cost you your salvation

Case it in 1/16" of polycarbonate and you won't have durability issues.
