Make sure to match your companies 401k.
Open a roth ira and max it out every year.
Best fund is VTSAX.
As for crypto idk it's all bullshit just pick something that looks good and sell during the bull. Put the majority of your money in ETFs or mutual funds though. Only put a small percentage into crypto. This is real advice not moonboi loser living with mommy your whole life advice like you will get from most people here. If you just follow those 2 simple things. 401k match and roth ira you will be a multimillionaire by retirement.

It's your life but I highly advise putting as much as you can into the stock market(etfs mutual funds). I'm assuming you are young so you should be taking advantage of compounding interest. If you put in the work now it will make you wealthy very quickly. Trying to pay catchup later in life is horrible. Look up a basic investment calculator and mess around with it. It's mind blowing how quickly you can stack money at a young age.

Learn everything about the company, everything about everyone who works there. Show interest, ask questions, learn, don't say too much. Who are the people the know what they are doing, who are the people in control. Is it private or publically traded, do they offer retirement plans and if so how many, what type, do they match with money, do they give stock, can you buy stock direct, can you get stock options as part of compensation package, do you need insurance of if you are already covered can you get more salary. Will they pay to train you, send you to school. Make an many connections as you can in the business and with who the business does business with. You may learn enough to keep moving up, or decide to move on at some point. I am always surprised how many people work somewhere for 20 or 30 years and just do stuff by rote and never progress. Watch out for the socio/psychopaths if you are really good they will see you as threat and stab you in the back. You can "see" them if you pay attention.

it depends how fast you want your money, you can grab memecoins if you want it in less than a week, or else you can grab big shit like btc, another option is nft games like GRAVITY, but it still depends on your patience
